I’ve had business owners look at me and ask:
“Why didn’t you tell me sooner?”
The hard part was… I had tried.

But when you are working 60 hours a week just keeping the doors open, conversations about retirement, business value, and exit planning are easy to avoid.
You think you’ll just have to wait and do that Someday, when things settle down a bit. But they never do.

“We’ll talk to you later, when we are ready to sell. Someday.”

For most owners, Someday always gets there first.

Then suddenly the owner is exhausted, the business depends entirely on them, and there isn’t enough value there to fund the future they imagined.
A few months later, the business is shuttered.

And when I talk to them after that, the first words out of their mouths are: “Why didn’t you tell me sooner?”.
That’s not the time to say “I told you so”.
But I had.

That is one of the reasons I built the Business Value Booster Program: to help owners regain options before Someday takes them away.
Take a look at the free Starter Kit on this website to put you on the road to get ahead of Someday.
