You’re cautious. Rightly so. This is your first time into the business-buying adventure and you’re will aware that you’re thinking about making an investment of hundreds of thousands of dollars of your own money but you’re not really sure hat you’re doing. You’re not quite ready to dive into the market, especially knowing that you’re only going to get one bite at the ownership apple.

This package provides up to 12 months support in acquiring a business (a savings of $1200 over buying 4 consecutive quarters of support). The first quarter of this support is the same as the 90-day package, walking you through the first 3 steps (of 7) in the Goldmine buying process. Those steps ensure that you conduct the necessary self-exploration and market analysis to be confident that you’ve selected a business that is right for you, and you are the right owner for that business. Steps 4 through 7 take you the considerations involved in putting together an offer, the efforts required in conducting due diligence, dealing with the myriad details and obstacles prior to actually closing the transition, and the  work you’ll need to do in the first weeks after taking ownership.

The package provides up to 12 months of biweekly coaching calls to help you get through those gates. This is not a guarantee that you will get through them in that time; it all depends on your readiness to move to the next step based on your situation and on the availability of decent businesses in the niche market you choose to pursue. Between the biweekly calls you’ll also have access to me via email.

Please note that this is not the same as the traditional role of the “buyer’s broker” in your purchase. The fact is that most brokers will not want to work with you at all until you can show that you’ve gotten through these three steps in the process. They will dismiss you as a tire-kicker and very few will take the time to coach you through this phase. However, when we get to the point of going after a particular business, there may well be the need for a buyer’s broker – and that should cost you nothing in the long run. Step 2 of the Goldmine process will show you ow that works.
